Tom brings deep expertise in IT systems, production workflows, and project management. His passion for making a difference was most visible during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

He initiated the “3D Print – Let’s Fight Corona Luxembourg” community initiative, coordinating a network of volunteers to produce and distribute over 18,000 face shields and 53,000 mask straps across Luxembourg — building a complete logistics chain with ordering systems, drop-off points, and direct deliveries to hospitals.

Production & Quality: Manages the entire print production — from DTF and sublimation to 3D printing and laser engraving — ensuring every item meets our quality standards.

Technology & Automation: Implements AI-driven workflows that streamline operations, reduce turnaround times, and keep prices competitive.

Equipment & R&D: Oversees our machine fleet (xTool, Prusa, Epson, LOKLiK, and more) and continuously evaluates new technologies.

Logistics: Coordinates order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery — ensuring your products arrive on time, every time.
