Orders & Products

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum! You can order a single custom piece or hundreds – we treat every order with the same care and quality.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For best results, we recommend PNG or SVG with at least 300 DPI resolution and transparent backgrounds where applicable.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes! Our product designer lets you preview your design on the product in real-time. For bulk orders, we can also provide a digital proof before production.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Luxembourg orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. EU shipping takes 5–7 business days. Rush orders may be available – contact us to discuss.

How much does shipping cost?

Luxembourg: Free shipping on orders over 50€, otherwise 4.95€ flat rate. EU countries: 9.95€ flat rate. You can also pick up for free at our workshop in Belvaux.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the EU. For international requests outside the EU, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (BCEE), and cash/card on pickup at our Belvaux workshop. Online card payments via Stripe coming soon.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices shown include Luxembourg VAT (17%). You’ll see the exact total including any shipping costs at checkout.

About LetzPrint

Where are you based?

Our workshop is at 19, rue des Alliés, 4412 Belvaux, Luxembourg. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. You’re welcome to visit!

Do you offer bulk/corporate pricing?

Absolutely! We offer volume discounts for orders of 25+ items. Visit our Business Solutions page or contact us for a custom quote.
